Sexual harassment in a work environment violates not only the human rights of the victim but also the fundamental values of NCAS. It is therefore a legal responsibility to nurture a gender-friendly workplace environment and to ensure that employees are free from any form of sexual harassment.
The Internal Complaints Committee for sexual harassment at workplace comprises the following members:-
