Scheduled Tribes Certificate Scrutiny Committees: In need of radical reforms
Ensuring interests of the scheduled tribes and their protection from social injustice are constitutional responsibilities of the state. The State also has the constitutional responsibility of ensuring development and equal opportunities of development to these deprived sections.
