Guidelines Against Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment in a work environment violates not only the human rights of the victim but also the fundamental values of NCAS. It is therefore a legal responsibility to nurture a gender-friendly workplace environment and to ensure that employees are free from any form of sexual harassment.

NCAS values diversity as an integral part of its vision towards global social justice. And just as the NCAS mission promotes the rights of all people, its commitment towards social inclusion is incorporated within the organization as well. NCAS makes a vigorous effort to promote diversity within its ranks, believing that leadership at all levels must reflect the concerns of its political discourse.
